Have had 4 weekends stays here since Xmas and have always been happy for the money paid. I've twice had minor problems with a blocked sink, but I've always had A/C's that worked well, fridges that worked well and froze water and very clean rooms. Rare features in budget hotels these days. And the hotel and grounds are always clean and tidy.

There was absolutely no staff Visibility to help with luggage we had to lug our own luggage to our rooms which is unheard of / previous owners had bell staff to take your luggage from the car - foyer areas are very run down - whole hotel needs a revamp as it’s looking very stayed - it is such a shame as we have been here many times under the old owners and loved it every time - this time we have been left wanting - even the rooftop bar was empty which tells you something - this used to ALwAyS be pumping …. Do better to stay competitive

First room we were given smelled, carpet was wet. AC was turned off on mains. When we turned it on it started dripping water onto the already wet carpet hence the smell in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful and moved us to a different room. Second room hadn't been cleaned yet, so we got moved ...
